Roger Bradford serves as the structural estimator for the Water and Fire Restoration Team, where he brings precision, clarity, and years of experience to every project. With a strong background in insurance adjusting and a hands-on understanding of construction materials, Roger ensures that every estimate is thorough, accurate, and built to support both the homeowners and the team delivering the work.

Known for his teamwork, customer service, inspection skills, and sharp eye for estimate writing, Roger plays a key role in helping clients move from crisis to recovery. As a licensed insurance adjuster and retired military professional, he brings discipline, care, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Originally from Mississippi, Roger enjoys a down-to-earth life outside of work, spending time with family, hunting, fishing, working with horses, and going to rodeos. He holds a Bachelors of Science, an Associate of Arts, and an Associate of Gunsmithing — reflecting both his range of interests and a lifelong love of learning.

His guiding principle is simple: “Treat everyone how you would like to be treated, and anything worth doing is worth overdoing.” Looking ahead, Roger is focused on helping his children become the best versions of themselves and someday retiring into a peaceful, simple life — hopefully near the outdoors he loves.
