Aleksey Rudenko is a Project Manager at WAFRT, overseeing the reconstruction of homes once mitigation is complete. Originally from Kazakhstan, Aleksey brings a strong eye for detail and a passion for restoring homes to their original state. When he walks into a home, he sees the full picture—even when everything is damaged—and begins mapping out what it takes to make things right.

With over seven years of hands-on experience in concrete and foundation work, and a background that spans years in construction, Aleksey is no stranger to job sites and tight deadlines. He’s committed to completing every task with care and making sure customers are happy when they return to their restored homes.

Since joining WAFRT, Aleksey has grown tremendously in self-control and team management, continuously building his leadership in the field. He appreciates WAFRT’s supportive team culture and the company’s deep commitment to its clients.

Outside of work, Aleksey enjoys caring for his roughly 100 animals — including pigs, chickens, rabbits, and pigeons — alongside his kids. It’s not just a hobby, it’s a family affair. You’ll find him tending to his animals or spending quality time with loved ones when he’s not on a job site.

With a strong foundation in craftsmanship and a vision for building, Aleksey plans to keep growing in the restoration field — and one day build a new home of his own.
