Bobby Dean – Content Manager

Decades of Experience and Steady Leadership

Bobby Dean brings decades of experience, technical expertise, and calm leadership to the Water and Fire Restoration Team. As content manager, Bobby handles everything from water mitigation and structural drying to demolition, deodorization, and content restoration. He’s also the reassuring presence clients often meet during their most stressful moments — helping them make sense of the chaos, walking them through the process, and showing them that things will get better.

Bobby holds multiple IICRC certifications, including:

• Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
• Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)
• Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)
• Odor Control Technician (OCT)
• Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)

Before entering the restoration field, Bobby spent 20 years as a Department of Defense contractor, working as a consultant and engineer in telemedicine, distance learning, and IP video networks. He later co-owned and operated a PuroClean restoration franchise with his wife for 10 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Native American Studies from the University of the Incarnate Word, earned in 1994.

Born in Asunción, Paraguay, Bobby moved to San Antonio at the age of five. His upbringing, with a father in the Air Force and a deep-rooted sense of integrity and honesty, continues to shape his approach to work and life. Outside of the job, Bobby enjoys fishing, boating, hunting, and camping — anything that gets him outdoors.

His goal now? To help lead WAFRT into becoming the best-in-class restoration company in the region — and he’s proud to grow alongside a capable and passionate team that shares that mission.
