Deanna supports clients through some of the most difficult moments in their lives — assisting with their personal belongings after water or fire damage, and coordinating closely with insurance companies to ensure a smooth process. She also lends her skills to the accounting side of WAFRT when needed.

Her love for helping others and her natural talent for communication make her a valuable member of the team, especially when guiding customers through a crisis. She brings strong planning and organizational skills to the table, and is constantly learning and growing. Deanna is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, and has already taken coursework in the field.

She loves the collaboration and unity at WAFRT, and finds deep meaning in being able to bring comfort and relief to those in need. Since joining the team, Deanna has learned the true power of teamwork and is passionate about contributing to that collective effort while expanding her knowledge every day.

Originally from California, Deanna moved to Texas when she was 12. Her hobbies include horseback riding, exploring the outdoors, playing piano, and reading. She also treasures time spent with family and close friends.

Her favorite mottos are: “One step forward is one step closer,” and “Love others as you love yourself.”

Before joining WAFRT, Deanna worked for a year and a half at a medical clinic. She has completed high school and is currently attending college.
