Joshua Paur – Emergency Response Coordinator

Bringing Clarity and Confidence to Every Fire or Water Loss
When disaster strikes, Joshua Paur is often the first to show up—and the last to leave. As Emergency Response Coordinator for the Water and Fire Restoration Team, Josh is the go-to person for homeowners and business owners facing fire damage, water loss, or any major emergency. He responds quickly, communicates clearly, and stays in close contact with clients throughout the entire restoration journey.
Unlike typical sales reps who disappear after a contract is signed, Josh sees every client as family. His personal philosophy: "You take care of your family—especially when they’re at a loss." That mindset drives his 24/7 availability and commitment to guiding people through the process with trust, care, and hands-on support.
While Josh has a natural gift for communication, he’s also a hands-on guy—something you’ll notice right away when he’s under the hood of a car or helping clean out a flooded home. Over time, he’s grown into the role of disaster response leader like no other, becoming a key part of WAFRT’s success in emergencies across the Hill Country.
Whether it’s a kitchen fire, burst pipe, or whole-home flood, Josh is there from day one. He helps coordinate the team’s response, walks clients through every step, and ensures their concerns are heard. For many families, he’s the face of WAFRT during one of the hardest moments of their lives—and he takes that responsibility seriously.
Originally from Northern California, Josh brings a background in automotive and industrial sales, but has fully transitioned into a service-first restoration career. He has a natural ability to earn trust quickly and brings calm and clarity to chaotic situations.
Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars, following motorsports, spending time with family, and diving into music—a passion and creative outlet since childhood. He’s also actively learning a new language, driven by a desire to connect with more of the people he helps.
His personal motto, "Do it right the first time," shows in the way he handles every fire and water loss—treating each property like it’s his own. As he continues to grow in the industry, Joshua hopes to lead his own response team, mentor new team members, and help even more families recover from unexpected loss.
