As the General Manager of Water and Fire Restoration Team, Natalya Vasyakin ensures smooth operations across all departments, keeping everything running efficiently and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. With a strong focus on team leadership, customer service, and problem-solving, she plays a critical role in making sure every restoration project meets the highest standards of quality and care.

Before joining WAFRT, Natalya worked for 25 years at Kaiser Hospital as an Intake Claims Representative, where she honed her skills in customer service, crisis management, and adaptability. Her experience in navigating complex processes makes her an invaluable asset in the restoration field, where the stakes are high, and each client’s needs are unique.

What Natalya enjoys most about working in fire and water restoration is guiding clients through difficult times. She loves seeing clients’ relief as their homes and lives are restored, knowing that she played a part in bringing peace of mind during a challenging period. She has learned that every loss is deeply personal and that with compassion, care, and dedication, the restoration process can bring comfort and a sense of normalcy to those affected.

When she's not overseeing the operations of WAFRT, Natalya enjoys spending time with her seven children, supporting them in their sports activities, and, of course, enjoying some fun family shopping trips with her five daughters. Natalya’s philosophy is simple: "Treat others how you want to be treated," and she lives by it every day, both personally and professionally.
