Norma Rodriguez – Project Coordinator

Norma Rodriguez manages project files from start to finish at WAFRT, working closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Her responsibilities span full-scale coordination and the development of strategies to improve workflows across the company.

With a strong background in file management, organization, insurance processes, and reporting management, Norma’s problem-solving mindset and adaptability are vital to the day-to-day success of WAFRT’s operations.

Originally from San Antonio, TX, Norma enjoys helping restore customers’ homes quickly and effectively — and finds fulfillment in supporting her team behind the scenes. She brings prior experience as a coordinator, as well as a background in medical sales and education.

Norma earned her bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).

Outside of work, Norma loves spending time outdoors with her family and hosting lively game nights. Her personal motto is: “Every day is a blessing, so laugh often, live fully, and love deeply.”
