Oleg Goyenko – Marketing & Business Development

Oleg Goyenko

Community Connector with a Heart for Service

Oleg Goyenko is more than just a business developer—he’s a critical part of WAFRT’s community outreach and response efforts. As part of the marketing and partnerships team, he builds trusted connections with roofers, plumbers, realtors, pest control companies, and other service providers to ensure that people know where to turn after fire, flood, or storm damage.

Oleg works closely with Marcus Wennrich, forming a strategic team that helps grow awareness, streamline operations, and support families during times of crisis. He also frequently responds on the ground with Cory Garza and Josh Paur, especially during large-scale emergencies.

During the devastating 2025 flooding in Hunt, Oleg was one of the first to respond and continues to assist homeowners in their recovery. He has a natural instinct for disaster services and played a key role in delivering emergency food and supplies to the people and organizations who needed it most — especially those cooking and serving others.

His approach is personal. He doesn’t just help rebuild homes — he listens, encourages, and helps people rebuild emotionally too. Whether it’s giving someone a ride, a helping hand, or simply being present, Oleg offers more than logistics. He offers heart.

Before joining WAFRT, Oleg spent over a decade in the vehicle transport industry, earning a reputation for trust and reliability while working with dealerships, manufacturers, and private clients. That same integrity now guides his work in the restoration space.

Born in Ukraine and raised in Idaho after moving to the U.S. in 1999, Oleg now calls Texas home. He’s a proud father of four, an active member of his church in Boerne, and enjoys gardening, hunting, and spending time outdoors with his kids. His guiding principle is simple but powerful: “Treat others the way you want to be treated, and never expect anything in return when you help.”

Oleg’s long-term vision includes growing WAFRT’s presence in the region, expanding its partnerships, and continuing to be a steady source of strength for families facing disaster.
