Vladimir Kolesnikov – Mitigation Crew Chief

Leader in Water Damage Mitigation
As a Mitigation Crew Chief at WAFRT, Vladimir Kolesnikov leads water damage projects with a focus on precision and care. His goal is to ensure that every job is completed to IICRC standards, and that every customer feels satisfied and supported from start to finish.
Certified by the IICRC, Vladimir brings both technical skill and a commitment to customer service. He values the strong team environment at WAFRT, where coworkers are always ready to help one another and get the job done right.
Since joining WAFRT, Vladimir has enjoyed expanding his knowledge in the field of mitigation. He believes that you can never know too much and is always open to learning more.
Originally from Sacramento, California, Vladimir now enjoys life in Texas with his wife and three daughters. His personal time is filled with fishing, outdoor adventures, caring for animals, working on cars, and soaking in nature’s beauty—especially sunrises.
His guiding verse is: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13
Before joining WAFRT, Vladimir worked as a subcontractor in restoration. He holds a high school diploma and has built extensive hands-on experience in the field.
Looking ahead, Vladimir plans to continue growing his skills in water damage control. He hopes to travel more with his family, enjoy well-earned vacations, and eventually own a property with land and a workshop.
