- General location based on IP. We do not collect precise GPS unless you share it.
- Events like clicks, scrolls, and time on page that help us improve the site.
Information from partners
- Advertising and analytics partners give us reports about traffic and ads. These reports use online identifiers and cookies.
- We do not buy lists. We may match your visit with ads you saw on other sites.
How we use data
- To answer your requests and deliver services.
- To send estimates, invoices, project updates, and service messages.

How we share information
- Service providers that help us run the website, email, hosting, forms, analytics, ads, and customer support. They must protect your data and use it only for us.
- Professional partners like plumbers, roofers, and trade experts when needed to deliver your project, with your knowledge.
- Legal and safety if required by law or to protect our rights or users.
- Business transfers if we merge, sell assets, or reorganize.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may “share” identifiers for cross-context ads. You can opt out below.
Retention and security
- Leads and form messages, up to 24 months, unless we need them longer for an active job, safety, or legal reasons.
- Project and billing records, as long as the law requires.
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system is perfectly secure. Please use care when you send information online.

State and international rights

Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this page to reflect changes to our practices. We will post a new date at the top when we do.
